These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mood Marketing website and the purchase of our digital products. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

Mood Marketing is operated by Jillian Whitmore, a sole trader based in Wellington, New Zealand.

2. Products and Services
We offer digital products including (but not limited to):
• Research Bundle (templates, guides, email sequences)
• New Business Decision Guide (free download)
• Growth Bundle and other products (coming soon)
All products are digital downloads delivered as PDF files. We may add new products or services in the future.
3. Product Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will receive:
• Immediate access to download your product via a Thank You page
• An email confirmation with a download link
Download links are provided for one-time access only. Please download and save your files immediately. We do not resend download links after the initial delivery.
Some products include email sequences delivered over time (e.g., weekly guided emails). These will be sent to the email address you provide at purchase.
4. License and Usage Rights
When you purchase our digital products, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your personal or business use.
You MAY:
• Use the templates and guides for your own business
• Fill out the templates and keep them for your records
• Share screenshots or excerpts on social media (with credit to Mood Marketing)
You MAY NOT:
• Resell, redistribute, or share the products with others
• Claim the materials as your own work
• Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the templates
• Use the products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
We retain all intellectual property rights to our products. Unauthorized use may result in termination of your license and legal action.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are subject to change without notice.
Payment is due immediately upon purchase. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other methods supported by Stripe.
We do not currently charge GST (Goods and Services Tax) as we are not GST registered. This may change in the future as required by New Zealand tax law.
We do not offer payment plans. All purchases are one-time payments.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid products.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing jillian@moodmarketing.co.nz. No questions asked.
Upon issuing a refund, your access to the product will be revoked, and you will be removed from any associated email sequences.
Refunds after 30 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis for compassionate or exceptional circumstances. Please contact us to discuss.
7. Product Updates
We may update or improve our products from time to time (e.g., fix errors, add content).
Updated versions are only available to new purchasers. Existing customers do not automatically receive updates unless otherwise stated.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Our products are educational tools designed to help you validate and grow your business. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue, or business success. Your results will depend on your effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

• Fraudulent activity or chargebacks
• Abusive or inappropriate behavior toward Mood Marketing or other customers
Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless required by law.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall be resolved in the courts of Wellington, New Zealand.
